Kyle Miller was born with Cerebral Palsy, being over one month premature. With very little use in his entire left side, he walked on his toes, and with a cupped left wrist. He underwent extensive surgeries, years in hospitals through his childhood, many doctors in Canada had written off the chance of a successful life for Miller- stating he would be in braces for the remainder of his life, never go to school, and therefore have limited options for success.
It was when a different set of doctors, in another country, that offered a different perspective on Kyle's condition. After over a dozen extensive operations, Kyle went on to become one of Canada’s most inspiring professional athletes. He became Canada’s first ever Golf Professional born with cerebral palsy, and in 2017 made international headlines setting history as the first ever player born with Cerebral Palsy to compete in a PGA Tour Sanctioned event. Kyle is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, branding coach, and active supporter of charity organizations.
Kyle’s goal is to help as many people as possible achieve outstanding success in all areas of life ; and most importantly support those with special needs to lead successful lives. In his career Kyle has individually raised tens of thousands of dollars in donations supporting those with Cerebral Palsy directly through efforts as an ambassador for various charity organizations. Kyle Miller is an avid supporter of The Shriners Hospital For Children organization. This includes hosting the first ever patient clinic at the 2017 Shriners Hospital For Children PGA Tour Event, with over 20 patients travelling worldwide to be in attendance.
The Unique Perspective Movement directly supports patients in The Shriners Hospital For Children in Canada and United States. The Unique Perspective Movement operates with the main goal of each hospital receiving 1000 book copies donated, The Shriners Hospital For Children expands to over 100 hospitals worldwide. The books donated are donated directly to each hospital location, giving the gift of reading, and inspiration for success to many lives moving forward.
